My main job was to keep the flow of packages going at all times with little to no mistakes as it would hold up the rest of the warehouse and packages would be delayed. My team was anywhere from 11 to 23 people on any given shift. My duties included but not limited to: Scanning and trouble shooting packages that had no destination, making sure my team members stayed alert and handled each piece or package properly, meeting deadlines, making sure everyone showed up to work on time.
