Main responsibility includes but not limited to the following
Objectives
Documenting client data accurately in the patient register and the daily tally sheets.
Triage of patients at the clinic to identify the most sick and give priority.
Take basic vital signs and record in the patient booklets.
Processes and manages Medical Clearances (Entry and Periodic Medical Examinations)
Participate as a member of the mission’s Emergency Response Team.
Conduct minor procedures at the hospital setting like wound cleaning and dressing, incision and drainage circumcision under the supervision of the clinical officer.
Give daily health talks to patients before during or after treatment
Participation in the preparation and submission of timely weekly, accurate, reliable and verifiable HIS reports to the clinical officer
Performs other related duties as required.
