In this position, you will be reporting to Lauren Baker, Regional Property Manager . Location: The Depot at Twenty Mile

Salary Compensation: This position is classified as Hourly Non-Exempt, which means you will be eligible for overtime. You will be paid $31.00 per hour payable Biweekly in accordance with KCM's standard payroll practices, and subject to any deductions permitted by law. Housing Compensation: 100% housing discount

Cell Phone Reimbursement: You will also be eligible for a $10.01 cell phone reimbursement per month. This offer expires one week from the date of this letter. Should you accept this preliminary offer of employment with Klingbeil Capital Management, it is for no definite term regardless of any other oral or written statement by any Company officer or representative. Employment is at-will. This is not an employment contract. Continuation of employment is subject to a 90-day probationary period. Compensation arrangements and other terms and conditions of employment are subject to change in the future.
