Responsibilities/Duties/Functions Tasks

Coordinating day-to-day operations of the project and communicating with collaborating partners within the region working closely with relevant stakeholders in the region in the implementation of the CHANGE project
Support the project management in project planning and work plan development
Provide technical support for all necessary activities including training
Participate Designing, maintaining and up -dating internal data collections tools
Provide support to M and E officer to manage data by data capture cleaning, analysis, storage and interpretations as required
Participate and develop project concepts of proposals and budgets
Participate and support M and E activities
Prepare monthly,quarterly and annual plan and reports
Prepare training, monitor and TWG meeting reports as needed
Provide technical support/ assist to town CDFs
Track project budget for worthy implementation of the project .
