I started as an entry level employee. I would unload trucks by hand. I did this for about 1 year. I then transition to sanitation-maintenance. After do this for a 2 years I then transition to Forklift driver. I did forklift for 3 years. As a driver I unloaded, loaded, picked, put away,replenishments. I then had an opportunity to become an inventory clerk. I did this for 5 years. As Inventory I did cycle counts, adjustments, and made sure all inventory was accurate for . I did very well in the so I was offered a role in Lead. I was a lead for 33 people. My role was to give out the work orders for the day. I directed people to pick, pack, load, unload, and put away. I was then given the role of head inventory- Lead. My most important task was to make sure we hit the KPI of 99.5% accuracy or higher of all inventory every quarter. I was also in charge of physical inventory one a year. We did beat the score score for 5 years in row. I did become a member of the Safety Team.
