Production Fabricator Tech 2
Perform tasks related to the fabrication of electronic components or products according to established procedures and quality standards.
Handle raw materials, components, and semi-finished products necessary for fabrication processes. This may include receiving, storing, retrieving, and transporting materials within the production area.
Assemble electronic components or products using various tools, equipment, and machinery. Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and integration of components.
Use soldering irons, soldering stations, or welding equipment to join electronic components or parts together. Ensure proper soldering techniques and adherence to safety guidelines.
Inspect fabricated components or products for defects, irregularities, or inconsistencies. Identify and report quality issues, perform rework or repairs as needed, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of fabrication equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to maintenance personnel for repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper handling, storage, and disposal guidelines for hazardous materials and waste.

Production Technician
Execute tasks related to the production of medical devices or components according to established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery used in the production process. This may include injection moulding machines, extruders, assembly machines, and testing equipment.
Assemble medical devices or components using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment. Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
Handle raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods in accordance with proper handling procedures and safety guidelines. This may involve transporting materials between workstations, staging areas, and storage locations.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production logs, inspection reports, and inventory records. Complete documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Follow quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of manufactured products. Report any deviations, non-conformances, or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance personnel for investigation and resolution.
Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Follow proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and participate in safety training programs as required.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality within the production area. Identify opportunities for cost savings, waste reduction, and optimization of resources.

Manufacturing Lead:
Lead a team of manufacturing technicians and operators involved in fabrication and welding activities. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules.
Coordinate and oversee fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling metal or other materials to create components or parts for diagnostic equipment.
