My job duties as a Service Technician are to work both inside and outside the customer’s homes and businesses to install high-speed broadband, video, Wi-Fi and voice services. Making outbound calls to customer’s confirming appointments, explaining the installation service process and following up with customers after their service is completed. Assist my colleagues with their customers by translating the installation service process and confirming appointments. My overall goal is to provide the customer with a customized solution to meet their needs and elevate the installation experience.

As a Quality Control Technician, I would check all welds in pipes and tanks with pressured water to ensure all welds work properly in the machines before the company would send them overseas.
