Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies). Take accurate food and drinks orders.

Ensure areas set up and prepared by setting up linens, silverware and glasses as required. Communicate order details to the Caterer or Hospitality Supervisor. Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks.
