My position is a Sales Associate. I work mainly in the Seasonal and Hardware departments, assisting customers with outdoor power equipment, processing credit applications, cash handling, processing transactions, greeting customers, answering phones, I also operate a fork lift when needed. My position as a receptionist involved answering phones, greeting customers, directing calls to the appropriate departments, reviewing billing for errors, photocopying, faxing, processing payments and payroll. I answered over 50 calls a day, I assisted customers with inquiries, submitting adjustments, and provided technical support for our webpage. I processed Gold Class and Platinum applications for customers. I maintained monthly department reports and participated in testing for products that were upcoming.
