We provide fabrication for the Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Automotive, Cement, Co-Generation, Petrochemical, and Commercial Structural Steel industries.
Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and material specifications
Programming single run and production test run on parts
Job tracking to insure and quote, on-time delivery dates
Inspection of parts to ensure they meet or exceed customer requirement
Ordering of all the tools used on CNC machines
Review and approve all production prints before shop
Managed the selection and purchase of all cutting tools
Schedule and assign work to shop
Provided solutions and instructions to machine operators

Programming, setting up and machining of NC blocks and various 3D machined parts. (Surface programing and machining)
Perform structural drawings from written descriptions, sketches and verbal instructions for various material handling (e.g., conveyors, tanks, transfer stations, screenhouse, etc.) related projects.
Work closely with steel detailing team in custom layouts, fabrication and erection drawings for various steel detailing projects
Draws details on AutoCAD, SDS software, Sicam and Pronest environment using latest version. Works with clients and company standards, submits all drawings with quality and on time. Ensure that the drawing guidelines and procedures set by clients and company standards are complied.
