HPE Services: Senior BI Analyst Business Operations Analyst 1. Strategic and Governance Operations Dashboard:

Designed a data model incorporating data points from HR and Finance data sources to visualize metrics as follows:

● Employee move-in and move-out headcounts within/across organization to plan future budget.

● Requisition data (analysis of employees based on high, medium, low-cost location)

● Budget analysis: allocated vs utilization of budget across teams for travel, programs, resources, regular/contingent workers.

This was critical in regulating budgets and profiling Workday data. 2. Strategic Business Analytics Platform Portal:

● One place to view all the dashboards and reports of Business Analytics team, at a glance with detailed information provided through minimal clicks.

● It acted as a Portal for SLTs to identify the amount of efforts put in by Sales Analytics team and helped to prepare road maps for future requirements.

3. Winback and Attach: Designed a dashboard that provided details related to unattached and attached services included with products within 180 days of shipment and updated monthly showing: -Geo / Sub-Geo / Country GBU, Recovery Trend.

4. Enabled migration to standardize data sources to act as a single source of truth (EAP, EDW-R and EGI 2.0) which drove consistency and improved data integrity. This included automation, back-end migration to new server and query optimization, which impacted the business to retrieve data quickly, also helped developers to deliver requirements and increased query and report utilization. 2. Created an Office Visitation Report which helped the SLT members to make decisions for return to office after 2019 COVID pandemic, globally. This report used data sources to count system logins and badge data with the help of Infrastructure team.
