Walmart Distribution, Plainfield IN — Picker
MAY 2021 - DEC 2021
I picked items that people had ordered online. I had a tablet showing the location of those items. I scanned the shelf and the item, placing it into the tote. Once the tote was full, I placed it on the conveyor belt which took it to the shipping.
Allegion, Indianapolis — CNC Milling Machine Operator MAY 2021 - MAY 2021
I started out first counting the screws and nails that go with the installation of the door handles. After 4 days of doing this, I was transferred to CNC machines that built the inside of the door handle. I operated 4 different machines at one time. I put the spring onto the metal piece and the machine attached the spring. I then took the part to another CNC machine and added it to what was just done. For the 3rd CNC machine, I added the final pieces. For the 4th CNC machine, I put the final product into the handle to be shipped out. Practice 5S principles. SKILLS

Robert Foland, Noblesville IN — Paralegal
1998-2001
Administrative work and legal work. I use Microsoft 365 in typing petitions and documents. I used my verbal and writing skills in research, meetings, and phone calls. I have knowledge of Indiana Civil Rights Law and Federal Civil. I typed 80 WPM with zero errors. I used Law Books to interpret, analyze and apply the laws appropriately. I used my prior strong organizational skills with the ability to manage various projects at one time. After doing research on a case, I would bring the information to Robert to go over and see if any other research was needed. Once the documents were filed in court. I would take copies I made and send them to the parties involved. I never had a complaint about my personality. The people involved thanked me for my professionalism. I had to have prior knowledge of Indiana Civil Rights Law and Federal Civil Rights Law. We had discrimination suits on people and companies. I drafted the appropriate documentation to file. I had major responsibilities in my job.
