•Serves as President of Koinonia House, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that houses men who have completed a residential drug and alcohol treatment program. Oversee all interviews of residents/employees, human resources functions of the organization; prepare board meeting minutes and resolutions; maintain inter-office relationships with various local entities in the community; overseeing the organization runs efficiently and updating revisions/changes to the resident and employee handbooks by implementing updated policies/procedures, programs, and practices.
