I am a Tire Simulation Engineer specialized in force and moment analysis and virtual tire fitting for commercial and passenger vehicle segments. I have sound knowledge in Advanced Indoor Testing and characterization of tyres for different product segments.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Graduate Engineering trainee – Tyre Testing December 2023-Present Apollo Tyres Ltd. – Global R&D Centre, Asia, Chennai Responsible for testing and analyzing the tyre performance using various test equipments in indoor testing.
Key Responsibilities
Performing static and dynamic tests, including load deflection, RRC, dimension, 2D&3D tire scanning.
Tire wear analysis and mileage prediction using 3D digital mensuration (TRISCAN).
2D&3D model development and tire characterization using COMLET STEINBICHLER and GEOMAGIC software.
