Billing: When doing the billing I check for the following: correct billing date, taxes, margins, locations, paid in full or see if it's financed, make sure the salesperson is still active & at the right percentage. If the customer bought the protection plan, I make sure it's registered & the customer has the plan. If the customer received a delivery, I make sure there's a delivery fee or a free delivery promo. If the customer picked up, I make sure there's an entry of their driver's license. Delivery: Before delivery I make sure the following: customer is paid in full or financed, delivery fees & correct taxes are charged.

Finance: Submit for all financing with the finance companies, make sure all paperwork is in order & check receivables to make sure customer owes for the correct amount, answer any questions customers call about concerning their financing & run reports to make sure all customers that finance is submitted for in a timely manner.

Payables: Assist with the person that does payables. Generally, I call venders for invoices; batch the checks together & run reports.

Human Resources: Assist Human Resources Manager, file employee documents, recruiting based on managers needs, set up interviews, new hire paperwork and make sure confidential documents are sealed.

Lead Sales Support: Assistant to the Regional Manager, trainer for all sales support, communicate policies to all sales support, write the schedule for all sales support at all locations, take payments, submit finance applications, set customers up for delivery, have customers sign their invoice, when customers pick up I check their driver's license & have them sign the pick-up sheet for inventory, set up trucks for transfer, answer the phone, sales that can be billed out I put in correct billing locations & select for billing, call customers the day before delivery & give them their delivery window time, do sales edit to make sure done correctly, assist the store manager with anything he needs, handle customer complaints, find solutions to problems and deliver excellent customer service. Other accounting duties write letters when customers won't pay off their balance, send out invoices for payment when not enough money is collected & they still owe, call customers that are receiving refund checks & verify address to mail it to or see if they want to pick it up.
