Provides ongoing feedback and coaching and performs all performance appraisals for direct reports. Works with team to ensure timely and accurate completion within deadlines 13. Facilitates communication among physicians, staff and administration establishing a climate that encourages teamwork and promotes collegial collaboration among all team members.
