Key Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Handling and tracking record of Statutory and legal compliance documents Labour laws like Labour License, BOCW, WCI, CAR Policy, Form V, Form II, ESI, EPF, General and Group Insurance Maintaining Labour registers, Master-roll form 13, Wages etc.
• Daily, weekly and Monthly updating manual attendance and Bio Metric attendance for payroll process.
• Handle scheduling, company record-keeping, employees Contracts, vendor records, attendance and reporting to HO.
• Maintaining the employee database, maintaining /updating leave records, preparation of salary statement. Maintained confidentiality for all personnel files.
• Daily track of employee attendance, shift in Matrix software and ESS Portal.
• Monitor and track direct Labor – On roll & Contract employees Overtime and ensure as per local law they should not cross monthly OT limit.
• Employee’s contract reviewed and renewed on time as per management instruction.
• As per the manager’s instruction mobilization and De mobilization of staff and workers at the site.
• Prepare an offer letter, salary certificate, warning letter, Termination letter, disciplinary action, and other HR and Admin related documents at the site.
• Maintaining congenial relations in the company among employees, between employer and employees.
• Follow up with HO regarding HR and Admin work related to the government like visa renewal, Exit/Re-entry, work Permits, etc.
• To perform administrative tasks and ensure that all office tasks run smoothly and in a timely manner. My responsibilities may include drafting letters/ emails, filing, preparing reports, handling HR activities like screening and shortlisting candidates for appointment, ordering office supplies and answering phone calls, handling all sort of office correspondence, courier management, travel arrangements, vendor management, accommodation arrangements, hotel booking, flight tickets, and making arrangements for meeting / schedules etc.

• Petty cash handling for site and admin related. Stationery arrangement, facility management, and Inventory for the office.
• Coordinate with PMC, staff, Clients, Employees, and workers for any admin issues and resolve the issues.
