Managed Change HealthCare's InterQual product for the company. Met with business owners (RN’s) to show them the updated content each time a new release became available. Then “exposed” the approved content in both the Production and Test environments. Also, set up new users and troubleshot issues – including creating tickets with the vendor.

Provided production support for the current clinical core and portal applications, ticketing with user support and the configuration of member letters within the core clinical application MHK.

Configured correspondence and built assessments - working heavily with the business - in MHK’s UI, including regression and negative testing based on an iterative model.
