Building a solid foundation with our External Warehouse on getting material to Engine Works.
Working with UAW employees and Standard Distribution employees on implementing new process to improve accuracy of inventory and material flow.
Worked as a team with Supply Management to change scheduling agreements from ZKB to LPA to better track material movement.
We did not have a way to determine what was on trailers or what we needed from External warehouse. I implemented ZLTRUCK mid-November. It was SAP transaction that Engine Works never had or used. I was building a foundation of storing all our material at our external warehouse and using 5009 control cycle in SAP for this process.
Developed and planned the project to build a UPS conveyor line on the West End of Engine Works to ensure safety and efficiency for employee to mange day to day workflow.
