As an administration officer in facilities and support services, my role involves managing and overseeing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the facilities and support services.
Facility Management: I am responsible for managing and maintaining the facilities, including office spaces, equipment, and infrastructure. This involves coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and overseeing any renovations or improvements.
Administrative Support: I provide administrative support to my organization and department I work for. This include managing correspondence, organizing meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining databases and records, and handling general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Budget and Procurement: I am involved in budgeting and procurement activities, including monitoring expenses, preparing budget reports, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely procurement of necessary equipment, supplies, and services.
Staff Support: I provide support to staff members, including handling inquiries, resolving administrative issues, and assisting with onboarding processes for new employees. Additionally, I maintain employee records, update organizational charts, and assist with HR-related tasks.
