• Meet and greet (I was placed at the entrance to receive, welcome and attend to passengers both on
arrival and departure from and into Freetown terminal. I also do the boarding calls and any announcement
to the passengers over the microphone)
• Head of customer service team/ boat attendant (When I resumed work at the company, there was
no customer service team. During the covid I was elevated to a dispatcher working directly with the
supervisor. Exactly one year into the job, I assembled three other ladies and shared my plans which they
bought and worked hand in hand with me. Few months after the creation of the team,I was officially
made the head of the department and my services extended into the boat thereby performing the roles
of both customer service personnel and a boat attendant which yielded amazing experiences with the
passengers both young and old for two years. My excellent services extended to a new route connecting
Sierra Leone and Guinea Conakry on a three-hour boat ride for one year and four months. I made
passengers on board and in the terminal comfortable to the extent of them singing my praise everywhere.The creation of the department has and is still giving opportunities to so many job seekers especially
ladies who immediately gets position as a teammate. Majority of the ladies under my leadership where
promoted to the admin sector and sales personnel)
• Terminal manager (last position. In few months of the position, I ensured everyone feel belonged, I
carried everyone along and even the timid ones had the opportunity to come to limelight creating a safer
enjoyable working experience).
• Note, during my tenure in all my positions, the level of our passengers increased immensely. If there
is a passenger to call the company hotlines any time and day, there is always a PraiseGod to receive the
calls and provide amazing experiences which lead to so many results. Reaching out more on the phone,
coming face to face for inquiries etc. ( I was not in charge of finance that is why, I can not categorically
state how much more was added to the sales but, I can boldly and confidently say that the number of
passengers were evidently visible to everyone)
