Job Responsibilities
Product Design & Development & Detail study of drawings / components.
Facilitating new product development initiatives with key focus on QCD (Quality, Control & Delivery) and ease of production.
Declaring specifications & requirement, preparation quotation with approval, Technical
Negotiations with Customers. Strategize the design project plan, drawing configuration plan
Optimize and standardize the process to reduce rework / rejection/ errors
Inculcate the innovative approach while addressing the customer queries
Bench-mark the chosen systems against design specification, technology or overall performance
Create value for the customer by implementing standards, CAE etc.
That will result in optimization of production capacity and risk mitigation
Understand product capabilities and customer applications
Design knowledge management process to ensure reduction in designing time
Implement effectively standardization & value engineering functions
Knowledge of GD & T, Stack-up Analysis for Assemblies, BOM & Routing Preparation
Knowledge of Analysis Basic (Static) Solid Works Simulation & ANSYS
Knowledge of BIW, Chassis, Interior or Exterior Plastic Trims
PDM ECN/ ECA Updates.
