Past few years in the Golf Cart industry working for a multi-million-dollar company where started at entry level with physical tearing down, and rebilled, but was quickly promoted to production leader over seeing 80% of the production process with a crew of 25 guys achieving smooth productive shift, producing our quota of 20 carts per day.
Unfortunately, corporate liquidated all inventory and shut it down. Joining a new golf cart company had giving opportunity being mentored by one of the best salesmen across the state, that enhanced my sales abilities. Communication specialties including compromise with unsatisfied customers, which were passed contact information. Fast pace environment over seeing the sales floor, register, taking orders, bringing in maintenance, along with the 3 phone lines going, build the carts along with inspection of each one. A distinctive eye for detail, catching those few things that got missed tuned into handling the final Quality Control for the multiple carts sold to customers. Independently took opportunity learning to operate QuickBooks and utilizing the tools in office for bettering the company.
As Inventory manager all the ordering, warranty out parts and tracked deliveries between parts and carts. Major organizing and decluttering of the shop and office in order to be more efficient for the guys was a everyday, all day task.
In positions of customer service, sales, communication, or production has always come very natural with diverse skills, although always eager to learn for new possibilities or fun.
