WORK EXPERIENCE:
Worked for Alhamrani Automotive Co. Saudi Arabia- Riyadh as data entry in spare parts Section (inventory control) for a period of 4 years using Kerridge Software.
Worked for Alhusaiki Garments Factory in Riyadh –Saudi Arabia as a Translator, Skillful in all duties related to translation (translating tenders, contracts and letters from Arabic to English and vice versa), and also in a position of office administrator.
Worked for ICEEL Co. (International Company for Education & E- Learning) a multinational Co in Riyadh –Saudi Arabia from 28/01/2009 to 01/04/2013 in position of Secretary and Translator. duties as follow:
1- Receive, direct and answer telephone calls and fax. 2- Provide word-processing and secretarial support. 3- Type confidential documents.
4- Read and analyze incoming memos and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
5- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences. 6- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. 7- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies. 8- Monitor expiry dates of employee documents (residency and passports) and ensure their renewals are processed on time.
9- Translation of tenders and letters from English to Arabic & vice versa. 10- Handle all correspondences.
