WORK HISTORY

Utilize Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to collect data for CH-47 secondary items and verify accuracy.

Assist CH-47 depot lead with inventory status of unserviceable secondary items required for organic repair induction to ensure timely repair and return of serviceable stock to help meet DA/AMC directed goals of 100% supply availability (SA).

Work with CH-47 Depot team lead and item managers to compile information for top level briefs as well as assist the team in completing everyday tasks.

Assist the CH-47 S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) lead on updates for the monthly S&OP that is used to brief the Aviation director overall weapon system status at the integrated reconciliation review (IRR). Update top backorder drivers, top NMCS Backorder drivers, overall supply availability drivers and NMCS supply availability drivers by using data pulled from SMCAT (Supply Maintenance Cost Analysis Tool).

Compile information for spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and records.

Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and memorandums for office personnel.

Work alongside item managers to observe and support daily item management duties in order to gain knowledge of item management. The daily tasks observed include demand planning and forecasting (DP), material requirements planning (MRP), review and release of blocked orders, inventory review and analysis, backorder reduction efforts, line of balance (LOB) creation and review, contract monitoring for spares as well as maintenance and overhaul contracts, organic depot schedule monitoring, procurement work directive (PWD) creation, material master change requests, disposal and stock transport order requests, monthly supply chain planning reporting tool (SCPRT) review and customer support initiatives.

Shadow weapon system team during coordination with commercial vendors such as Boeing which directly relates to delivering of contract quantities for items impacting aviation readiness and supply availability.
