I work to create equity for the underserved in New Hanover County and surrounding areas. 2018-2021 Student Support Dean’s Office Laney High School 2015-2017 Teacher Assistant, E.A. Laney High School. One on One Student Assistance With NCVPS and APEX. I worked with many different teachers and different subjects.

2004-2012 Sales, Customer Service, Reception, Secretarial Duties Howard RV Center, Wilmington, NC.

Responsibilities: Served as a face to face sales person and an internet sales specialist. I created a data base to improve sales. I assisted with any and all office Procedures and served as the receptionist for the company.

1999-2001 Public relations Army Corps of Engineers Responsibilities: Served as the assistant to the Head of Public Affairs. I answered customer and media calls and fielded them to the appropriate offices. I contributed to the monthly newsletter. I arranged seminars and blood drives.

1980's-1990's Worked as a Customer Service Representative for Arizona Water and Iowa Power.

I have Letters of Recommendation from every job I have ever had. I have found a talent in combining my education with my sense of empathy, which has given me the ability to work extremely well with "Problem Customers". I am dedicated, loyal and hard working.
