Work Experience

Personal Shopper

Walmart Neighborhood Market 6165 - Biloxi, MS

December 2018 to Present

Customers go online and make a shopping list. This list is generated to our TC70's which is our handheld computers, It tells us what the item is by giving us a location, price, accurate description, how many ounces, includes a picture. So we basically do the shopping for the customer, It's all arranged in our room according to pick up times, They tell us what time the want to pick up there groceries. Our systems tells us whenever they are approaching there destination,so we can get there order together. If there is a substitution they don't want, they tell us then, we locate the product, scan the item, reject it, giving a reason why, then the item is taken off the order before the order is complete,so they are not charged for an item they don't want.

IMS Associate

Walmart Neighborhood Market #6165 - Gulfport, MS

November 2015 to Present

My usual shift is 4am to 1pm. I start out by putting the freight that was left by the overnight shift, to the top shelf above the merchandise, that is called top stock. After that is completed, I generate a pick list for frozen, 97 wall, dairy, backroom. I pick the merchandise put it on a cart for employees to work out. If I have time before the end of my shift I help put out stock. Top stock

Walmart Neighborhood Market - Covington, LA

October 2014 to November 2015

I would work the stock that was on the very top shelf, to see if it could be worked out, I would count the product to make sure that the shelf cap was correct. Let's just say that the on hands was 30, I would count the product on the shelf and see if the numbers were the same, If not and they had 40, then I would change the on hand because the number was incorrect. Some times I was asked to build end caps. I would usually have to pull product from other end caps, because district managers would come for a visit and say, why don't we put this product here instead of on the back shelf, put it in the front of the store so more people will see it first.

I am wanting to make a career change, and I know I was happy with M.A.C. Cosmetics. Maria Rodriquez, was my manager. She was training me to be a third key, when Maria took ill, and had to seek medical attention. Maria was gone for three months. I asked our assistant manager Lonnie, to continue my training. She refused, Said, she had too much on her plate, and told me that when Maria returned she could continue my training. Lonnie, was very judgmental towards me. I would even go as far as to say she was discriminating, against me. Maria Rodriquez is the only one that I still stay in touch with, everyone else that I worked with is gone. She is also one of my references, Feel free to contact her and ask anything about my work ethics. 504-***-**** Manufacturing Production Plant
