• First Article, In-Process, And Final Inspection of plastics & rubber parts with standard inspection tools, including calipers, height gages, optical comparators, varies gages and fixtures, fit test, as well as visual.

• Blueprint reading and data entry using the SPC system.

• Check the performance of equipment, internal quality control check, procedures to assess data quality.

• Assure non-conforming test results are accurately recorded in an appropriate manner and addressed.
