Direct and reinforce consistent application of preventative maintenance schedules, procedures and documentation on all equipment. e. Direct and reinforce consistent application of equipment and departmental housekeeping procedures. f. Manage the maintenance work order process to ensure timely completion of work orders. g. Maintain inventory levels of all consumables. h. Manage customer press okays.

i. Troubleshoot equipment and processes, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.

• Process Improvement- Lead personnel in the identification, development and implementation of process improvements within the department. Specific responsibilities include: a. Monitor critical performance measures. b. Engage employees in the recognition of process improvement opportunities. c. Ensure all new process improvements are properly documented.

• Labor Utilization - Manage the daily scheduling and assignment of employees to ensure appropriate crewing levels and skills.

• Employee Performance & Development - Guide the continuous development of employees through goal setting and implementation of appropriate training plans. a. Evaluate employee performance via semi-annual or annual performance appraisals. b. Set improvement goals. c. Identify employee career paths. d. Develop leadership and coaching skills. e.
