Complete waiver related paperwork following procedures, and the transferring of consumers to the Home and Community Based Services Waiver. Consult with individuals and families to identify resources as well as finding and gaining access to natural supports and community resources.

Coordinates and monitors the delivery of APD funded supports and services to ensure appropriate delivery of the service and the extent to which the services is meeting the individuals and family’s needs and expectations.
Maintain accurate information in the ABC Security System for all consumers following closure protocols as required.
Ensures invoices are authorized and prepared within 5 working days of bills received or services approved, using ABC systems and/or other technology for payment and in compliance. I create and update the support plan on an annual basis.
I document the ongoing progress notes in central record within 5 working days to explain coordination activities in support plan development, implementation, and use of natural supports and justification of expenditures.
I prepare and complete Crisis Tool packets in a timely manner, for individuals meeting the crisis and any collateral information attached for those consumers who are in crisis at the moment.

Labor Employment Training Specialist
I oversaw the Supported Employment program, provide assistance to the providers.
Meet with coaches and providers on a monthly basis to make that program standards and guidelines are being met.
Authorize all services that pertain to supported employment. Conduct on-site reviews for Contractors that provide job training for our individuals.
Review performance data to make sure that sure providers are providing the adequate services for our clients.
Put corrective measures into place to maintain the integrity of the two programs, address any adverse actions that are affecting the program.
Maintain Supported Employment Tracking Systems database with all the current information pertaining to individuals that are currently in the Supported Employment Tracking Systems database with all the current information pertaining to individuals that are currently in the Supported Employment program such as wages, vacation time, and salary, competitive and inclusive working environment.
Attend meetings on a regular basis with the Employment Coalition of Florida pertaining to employment.
Train quarterly meeting for Supported Living and Supported Employment coaches.
Teach all APD approved trainings such as Zero Tolerance, Core Competency, Choices and Rights of Individuals, Development and Implementation of the required documentation of each Waiver Services, HIPAA Basics, and Incident Reporting.
Conduct in home supports training for the providers in home support staff.
Do stipend cost plans for all individuals in the supported living and supported employment based on what tier system they fall up under.
Make sure all our individuals are registered with the Broward County Emergency Management System in case of a hurricane.
