Treating clients with dynamic and complex trauma, attachment disorders, deficits and conditions. Oversaw and managed the operations and administrative functions of the Duluth location in its growth and expansion of services as an intensive day treatment center for children diagnosed with Autism. Assessed clients entering the program as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner, helping to identify specific needs and goals of treatment. Directly hired, supervised, mentored, and coached the clinical treatment team through all developmental challenges from the Covid-19 Pandemic start-up through maintaining programming. Oversaw the Minnesota Sex Offenders Program (MSOP) at the Department of Corrections (DOC) site in Moose Lake, Minnesota from 2013 to 2019. Managed the clinical team to ensure effective and adequate staffing levels, training, coaching, and attainment of performance objectives in compliance with MSOP, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Corrections. Designed and supervised treatment approaches tailored to individual clients within the parameters of ethical, legal and professional best practices. Developed and maintained Minnesota state licensure requirements and Association of the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) standards for the ethical treatment of mandated high-risk sexual abusers. Facilitated the spirit of clinical team collaboration in conjunction with operations staff within the DOC. Responsible for 25% of all revenues for entire chemical health corporate structure. Developed standardization of recruitment and interview process with professional standards and policy.
