Scope: $541M annual budget 3.900 employees Directed HR operations of 54 schools and 25.000 students. Executed fair and equitable employment practices, while implementing innovative supervisory models to evaluate teacher and staff performance, in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

MISSION-CRITICAL DEVELOPMENTS: Incorporated the use of supervisory models to evaluate teacher and staff performance.
