Tennent Finish construction of 5 Spectrum Wireless stores. Each store was a 12 Week Cycle worth
approximately $750,000. When Covid 19 happened,
construction was delayed and eliminated.

Preferred Drywall- Director of Business Development My relationship began with Preferred by promoting the company to General Contractors that I had previous relationships with. We improved revenues and profits and developed the commercial division.

I started this company to manage individual trades for The Edwards company and developed into providing
construction management services for them and other General Contractors. These projects ranged from 14 million to upwards of 50 million. My services in these situations varied based on the contractor’s needs. January 2006-September 2008
