Managed, supervised and participated as a hybrid supervisor/maintenance role who managed a group of 15 production tech II and III’s who produces K-cups that are used in the Keurig Single cup coffee machines. Keurig currently stands as the 3rd largest beverage company worldwide. This state of the art facility uses AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicles) and AMR Autonomous Mobile Robots for increased productivity accuracy and efficiency Facility currently produces cups for the network with the lowest cost per K-cup of any site in the company . While simultaneously increasing OEE and decreasing scrap and product outages. Operating machine that produces at 1500 cups per minute and 1.08 million cups per shift which easily outpaces all other legacy sites in the network who max out at 700 cpm.

Essential duties and responsibilities includes the following but not limited to. Other duties may be assigned

• Making daily production assignments and product scheduling assignments for the production line after daily shift huddles with the team and previous shift team and management

• Perform MES transactions to start, continue, and complete a Production Run

• Write or re-write SWI (Standard Work Instructions, as needed

• Identify and address skill and training Gaps

• Interview and train employees during the onboarding process

• Communicate with CP at start of shift, (Coffee Amount, Start/End Order)

• Conduct subordinate yearly review and evaluation.
