I trained 6 crew members to build pallets, keep the line and floor clear of product at all times, and wrap and strap them securely, inspect them sign of and load them in the truck. We had to do 5 to 6 doors within 10-12 hours so I splits my crew up into 2 groups of 3 making sure they get their job done while jumping on the floor and lines to help out.
