This was a true project Manager position balancing human resources (Lowes Installers), financial resources, and maintaining the original scope. I was responsible for supply chain ordering, managed a team of Sales Specialists, Installation Coordinators, and two Outside Sales Representatives.

I was able to increase customer satisfaction and referrals by meeting the time constraints of seasonal customers. I was able to do this by having our permit runner conduct a class for all inside stakeholders to apply for their own permits, thus expediting projects. Long running projects were pushed to the fall.

I was able to drastically reduce incorrectly ordered products by having more than one sales associate check the order for accuracy before being placed with the vendor.
