● Variety of consulting projects primarily Bayer Corporation in the Agriculture and Animal Health Industry including labor

contract negotiations, manufacturing facility closing and organizational redesign for move to OTC sales of an animal health

product. Redesigned On-Boarding Process/Orientation for manufacturing facilities in Missouri area for another smaller

company (Butterball Turkey LLC)

Vice President Human Resources, Region Americas, CropScience (2005-2009)

America, and the Caribbean.

● Led function in a successful move to a shared services concept supporting all U.S. legal entities while maintaining Human Resources

pension plan resulting in major savings and balance sheet stability.

● Designed and introduced and a first-of-a-kind gainsharing program, “Productivity Plu$”, for all Divisions of Bayer Corporation. This

self-funded program was very successful, resulting in pay-out to non-incentive eligible employees that resulted in over $12 Million

in direct savings and productivity increases.

● Initiated meetings among Bayer Corp.’s Human Resources Division Heads to identify strategic HR initiatives. Four key strategic

initiatives were adopted, Employer of Choice, Employee Competencies, Employee Development, and Team based culture. Programs

were designed and successfully implemented for all four initiatives.

MONSANTO CORPORATION

Director, Human Resources, Plastics Division (1991-1995)

Responsible for providing total human resource management for 1,400+ employees worldwide.

● Managed a team of 2 direct reports and 2 manufacturing facilities both union and non-union.

● Instrumental in the success of restructuring the global business involving extensive downsizing and obtaining critical concessions in

early labor contract negotiations.
