Develop new or revised product alerts/bulletins to inform either the corporate audience or existing customer(s) that design enhancements to their product were improved or make awareness of model criteria. A combination of software were used to deliver these documents through a legal standpoint, and used to create service manuals, factory acceptance test (FAT)s, work instructions, checklists, quality assurance committee (QAC) forms, quick reference guide (QRG)s, posters and brochures. These controlled documents were processed by engineering prototypes and SMEs would review the structure and perhaps authorized in a formal lifecycle documentation portal. Use existing 3D models from top drives, catwalks, wrenches and any new development product and submitted well-defined renderings for corporate staff limited to marketing, sales, or engineering.
10/2022-01/2023: Structural Designer (Engineering Contractor) - Sunshine Personnel Solutions for Hendee Enterprises
Prepared three-dimensional custom-built engineering drawings that is relevant to each site-specific Target department store located throughout the states and design a structural system consisting of several columns to support drive-up canopies.
Whether using material for metal roofs or fabric from the Sunveil product line, these AutoCAD drawings were created as submittals for seeking state approval based on accordance to building codes and built through testing standards such as the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). These Hip & Ridge type structures are designed to meet the structural integrity, conform to the safety standards of the designed layouts, and then sent to 3rd party structural engineers for reviewing bill of materials (BoM) and testing all angles of load standards relating to static air pressure, element impact, and fatigue load tests. Upon state approval and inspection reports/permit requirements passing, the custom sized gables were then fabricated, manufactured, and certified to process drawings within the design load's criteria which included general notes and index, unique concrete foundation and footing preferences, fastener, and steel specifications.
All production/installation drawings of the fabric and tension shade structures detailed isometric and plan views, front elevations, connection of fasteners, and optional foundation footing details within column elevations. Stall canopy production drawings are submitted for stamped approval and the requirements for the fabric tailor-made design were sent to the manufacturer and delivered to the provider per BoM specifications passed.
