●As a call center supervisor, I handled incoming calls from our merchants which included government offices such as county tax, county courts, sheriff’s offices, and utilities.

●Handled our merchant’s customer calls by assisting with property and motor tax payments, court fees, citations, and probation payments.

●I assisted our merchants by resolving failed transactions with issuing banks and processors such as Clearent, TSYS, and Paymentech.
