• Act as intermediary between customers and user departments to resolve contractual problems relating to technical specification, late delivery, price discrepancies and product quality issues.

• Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost.

• Accurately calculating total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects.
