4 different contracts to APHIS/USDA. Design, Install, and Maintain a VTC Network with over 400 VTC Endpoints connected to a Cisco CMS Network using a VCS Core and VCS Edge, WebRTC, and Jabber. Built SIP Trunks in the UCCM connections to the VCS’s and registered all the Endpoints to the Call Manager. Recently during the COVID “Work at Home” installed Inogeni on current Cisco VTC devices and Poly X50 to connect MS Teams in large Conference Rooms. Manufactory installation and service for all VTEL videoconferencing equipment and network including onsite service, customer instruction, and phone support. Certified in ESA, Galaxy, SmartLink, Accord, Radvision, Ezenia, VBrick, Polycom, PictureTel, VCON, and others. Currently completed all core classes on MCSE Win2000. Responsibilities include engineering on all 6 channels of ITFS broadcasting throughout all RISD and other school districts in north Texas. Responsibility for the operation and technical quality of transmission, reception, and production equipment and supervision of the staff, which performs these functions. Also scheduling and servicing VideoConferencing daily. Some of my accomplishments have been rewiring & automation of the Master Control Room, implementation of 2-way videoconferencing over T1 with certification from V-TEL, obtaining a FCC General Radiotelephone Operators License. I was contracted to RISD from ServiceMaster for Monitor repairs within the district.
