Transition Management Advisors is a boutique executive advisory firm which works closely with executive teams to establish the leadership of organizational change (OCM) as a competency and competitive advantage.
Focusing on growing organizations, the purpose is to provide corporate managers with the skills necessary so that, when faced with a change scenario, they can respond appropriately, and lead the organization to successful implementation of change. The people aspect is married to technical needs to realize the goals of the IT change’s positive impact on the goals of the organization.

This initiative, while playing the Change Leadership role in the core project implementation team, was to develop a custom roadmap for future IT implementations throughout the organization based on specific experience leading the initial implementations. Heavy emphasis was placed on IT and Implementation governance, Change Communication, Training Instructional Design protocols for both management and plant workers.

Management of changes in business processes while coordinating six business analysts.
Gap analysis to help design new workflows and the Change Impact on stakeholders, managing the action plans to assist those stakeholders in adoption of the change. SAP global implementation change leadership strategy:
A global company consolidated from ten separate ERP systems to a single organization-wide instance across multiple countries.
This initiative involved working with the CIO to lead vendor selection, vendor management, stakeholder analysis and communication in multiple languages and coordination with IT domain experts to properly lead the change for these diverse constituents.
Problem-solving related to the strategic planning of this global initiative considering geography, central IT standards, and local IT capabilities. Healthcare Technology and Business Redesign:
Led the organizational change leadership component of this two-year Cerner (Patient Information Software) Implementation for a major hospital healthcare system.
Complex coordination of all hospital and physician offices and management of various factions.
Development of extensive video and classroom curriculum training components customized to each work group.
Healthcare Patient Portal Implementation:
Design of Change Leadership (OCM) plans and processes, Change Impact Analysis, Communication, and Training for a government mandated introduction of a patient portal. The nation's first integration of two patient information systems (one for hospital, one for physicians) into a modern web interface.
Coordination of activities and training for the health care providers to increase adoption of the change for their patients.
Coordination of all change messaging internally and externally (agencies, partners, boards, press, and other outside constituencies) including design, development, delivery, and collecting of communication feedback. Change Model Integration:
Integration of the Change Project Management - The Next Step components to improve a Big4 based change model.
Past projects involved leading large change implementations focused on the Trust Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, and Healthcare industries.
