This company saw to the sales and production of metal buildings. From sales, design and engineering, drafting, steel manufacturing, and shipping, they took orders from construction companies and provided what their customers wanted them to erect. I myself, and one other representative, made up the customer service department. Needless to say, we worked very long hours in this department. Our responsibilities included listening to complaints and problems, including shortages of supplies such as screws and other fasteners, etc., and discrepancies between the blueprints and the actual steel pieces delivered.
