Successfully integrated 4 programs from other campus departments into the Department of Athletics. Led a high-performing team of 14 direct reports. Credited with introducing formal structure and budgeting for events, travel, accounts payable, and accounts receivable that improved clarity, efficiency, and productivity. Trained and managed receptionists and event assistant staff. Improved travel expense management across 13 athletic programs by transitioning to a credit card program, while performing audits of all transactions. Administered a $150,000 budget for event planning and execution for the Athletics department, including banquets, donor events, corporate meetings, and game day special events. Handled logistics, venues, vendors, marketing, and giveaways. Planned for and executed the full acquisition and integration of the Cheer, Dance Team, mascot, and student section, including the transition of four coaches, 10 student assistants, and more than 60 Spirit athletes. Assembled and led a committee to redesign the school’s mascot and re-engineer the marketing strategy for the University and its Athletics department.
