Planned for and executed the full acquisition and integration of the Cheer, Dance Team, mascot, and student section, including the transition of four coaches, 10 student assistants, and more than 60 Spirit athletes. Assembled and led a committee to redesign the school’s mascot and re-engineer the marketing strategy for the University and its Athletics department.
