Conduct owner application intake, determine eligibility for buyouts and incentives, evaluate duplication of benefits, and provide eligible tenants with relocation assistance.

Undertake assignments given by the Program Manager; prioritize cases and set objectives in consultation with the Manager and the owner/tenant applicant.

Conduct owner application intake appointments via phone and/or in person, screen applications promptly and responsively to identify and request additional documentation as required, ensures completed application documents are uploaded into the system of record, use completed applications to determine owner eligibility for the buyout program and eligibility for program incentives.

Conduct tenant relocation eligibility interviews via phone and/or in person, screen tenant applications promptly and responsively to identify and request additional documentation as required, ensures completed application documents are uploaded into the system of record, use completed applications to determine tenant eligibility for relocation and advisory services under URA.

Provide eligible tenants with relocation advisory services including, but not limited to, provide an explanation of the relocation process, assist in locating comparable replacement dwellings, calculate relocation assistance payments, assist the tenant to complete relocation assistance claims documents, inspects comparable replacement dwellings to ensure they meet program requirements.

Review previous financial assistance received by property owner applicant to determine duplication of benefits; request additional documentation as required; schedule property inspections as needed; notify owner of any duplication of benefits that is found.

Keep detailed and organized case records of every owner/tenant applicant, interviews conducted, documentation received, and communications between the Case Manager and the applicant; Document using standardized forms and enter relevant information into the System of Record database in a timely manner.
