I worked communications for williams company I've worked crisis unit downtown I've been delivery driver restalking vending machines on a good route for years
I've ran and owned couple taverns in the 90s that were pretty successful

When working detox floor every 30 minutes taking vitals as some detoxing from drugs and alcohol can seize and pass away, also detoxing is more like crisis Unit so sometimes would be there at least 13 hours but never realized it it's something I enjoyed and was good at being good listener walking patients through anxiety all the while documented and reported to Drs and psychiatrist Crisis Peer Counselor

Each week we switched floors so patients didn't get to attached to one of us, admissions was first floor being only hospital like it it got busy different police agencies from different towns admissions was everything from paperwork and sometimes determined till next morning when Dr arrived we determined necessity process search them order sedation meds if need be again document everything for Drs Education
