Zimbabwe United Passenger Company, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe Human Resources Clerk: January 2020 to December 2022 Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit, also responsible for providing full proactive administrative support to the HR Managers and Officers as well as the whole company. Also involved in the day to day running of the HR Office where duties below were performed:
• Supported employee resourcing function through handling background processes like staff requisitions, advertisement, applicant tracking, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, profiling.
