Worked in a PBX center for the Riverside Resort, answered phone calls, directed where the calls needed to be sent to. Average call handled in a shift was 300 with the time taking was .20 seconds.
4/2020 to 5/2024 Manager: Lodge on the River
Managed and ran Lodge on the River. Hired, trained and made sure the hotel was ran up to specifications of how the owner wanted it ran. Covered shifts when no one was there to run it. Did payroll, ran Cloud Bed program on the computer. Took pictures, advertised the hotel on the internet. Met with potential customers for them to stay there. Mentored Jr. employees.
