District Manager (Apr 2023-Current); Pittsburgh PA Hold P&L responsibility for 4 store operations in Downtown Pittsburgh. Led team of 10 managers ensuring achievement of period sales growth and other company objectives. Responsible for day-to-day operations, developing marketing strategies with management teams to achieve positive growth, managing forecasts and schedules, and working with maintenance to maintain facility R&M efficiency and facility appearance.
