JJO CONSTRUCTION, INC. - MARCH 4,2024 – AUGUST 16,2024 Project Manager – Leadership and communication are essential tools for project success relating to internal and external customers.

Direct and coordinate Team throughout the entire project, working in conjunction with and leading all team members.

Participates in Project Hand-off Meeting with Estimating & Management.

Takes proposal from estimating and builds project budget, then submits to Controller.

Is directly responsible for subcontractor and supplier buyout of entire project, including all communication with subs after bid in effort to achieve a thorough and complete buyout within budget.
